Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

farmhouse Round Top is pleased to extend a 10% discount for stays of five or more nights. A deposit of half of the stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to 30 days before arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within those 30 days are non-refundable.

* Seasonal Rates apply with a two night minimum, Spring (mid-March through mid-April) and Fall (mid-September through mid-October).
