The family home of our grandparents has now found a new location and we are proud to offer this much loved house for rental at farmhouse Round Top. After a complete face lift, farmhouse 6 has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, large porches in front and side and an upstairs observation deck with an exceptional view of the area. Downstairs has a spacious living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, each with king beds and two bathrooms, one shower and one tub/shower combination. Upstairs has a bedroom with two queen beds and one bathroom with a shower. Farmhouse 6 has central air/heat and Direct TV. Kitchen will be stocked with a generous Continental breakfast.

This farmhouse has been featured several times in “Country Decorating” and premier issue of “Cottages and Cabins” magazines. The two bedrooms have twin beds in each, one bath, charming kitchen and living room. The large porches, both front and back, have great views and privacy. A small cottage garden invites a stroll. farmhouse 9 has central air/heat and Direct TV. Kitchen will be stocked with a generous Continental breakfast.

Once a farmhouse on a working ranch, farmhouse 10 is waiting for your visit. This farmhouse has a warm and welcoming décor. farmhouse 10 has three bedrooms and one one-half baths. Downstairs you will find a spacious, well-stocked kitchen, living room, master bedroom with queen bed, and full bath with huge shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms with full beds, cubby with a twin bed and half bath. farmhouse 10 has central air/heat, Direct TV and front and side porches that entice you to ‘sit a spell.' Kitchen will be stocked with a generous Continental breakfast.

The Barn

The historic barn has been a long time favorite with local artists and has been highlighted in numerous paintings and photographs. In addition, it has been featured on a poster of distinctive and/or unique barns in the State of Texas.

The barn has been fully updated and redecorated to now house guests instead of animals. It has a new and updated look but we have saved and salvaged everything we could of the existing structure and materials.

The barn entrance is accessed via a large porch that catches the breeze and overlooks a field of pecan trees and a pond. The main living area is an open concept highlighting a high barn ceiling and original heart of pine wood wall. Along with a kitchen area, bathroom with a shower, central air/heat and Direct TV, the barn also has an intimate porch in the rear. The barn is perfect for one guest, two guests or a couple with a small child.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults (+ one small child).

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

farmhouse Round Top is pleased to extend a 10% discount for stays of five or more nights. A deposit of half of the stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to 30 days before arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within those 30 days are non-refundable.

* Seasonal Rates apply with a two night minimum, Spring (mid-March through mid-April) and Fall (mid-September through mid-October).
